With Bamba you will receive an e-mail 24 hours prior to your departure time with your departure bus station address, departure time, e-ticket number and recommendations on hostels and things to do in your next destination. All this gives you the flexibility to make as many changes as you wish to your itinerary by sending us an e-mail or by calling our toll-free number.

What kind of transportation do we use?
Hostel to Hostel: 13 & 15 passenger vans.
Public Buses: First Class Public Buses with A/C, TV's and WC.

What is a First Class Bus transfer?
It's a very comfortable first class public night or day bus so you can sleep and save money on a night's accommodation with A/C, DVD and WC. We recommend getting a good sweat shirt since they love the A/C.

How do I pick-up my First Class Bus Ticket?
This is very easy! .Everything is done via e-ticketing. After you have done your booking we will automatically send you a confirmation email with a Bamba Experience recommended itinerary. Just have a look at our schedules & email us at: info@bambaexperience.com to let us know what time you would like to depart at.

First Class Public Bus: We will send you your confirmation number, allocated seat number and information of where & how to get to the bus station. Then you will just have to give your confirmation number and present a valid ID. Please note that you will have to arrive at least 30 mins before departure time.

Hostel to Hostel service: You will have to let us know at least 24 hours in advance where you will stay at. Then we will send you your pick up time and information about your next journey.

How do I reserve my place on the next bus?
Easy! All your transportation is pre-booked with a Bamba Recommended itinerary which you are free to personalize making all changes up to 48 hours prior to departure by contacting us via email at: flexibility@bambaexperience.com or via our toll FREE 01800-4622622 (GOBAMBA). All changes are subject to availability.

Can I travel in both directions or backtrack?
Our Bamba Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Pass network runs in one direction. You can start anywhere you want and finish anywhere you want. If you want to travel in both directions you need to purchase two tickets.
